Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to kgames.io, K. Games accounts, and all games published by K. Games LLC ("Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate date-of-birth information during registration. We may suspend accounts that fail age verification.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. One account per person unless we authorize otherwise. SSO allows the same account across all K. Games titles. You may link email, Google, or Facebook login methods.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, cheating, harassment, or unlawful activity.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All intellectual property in games, art, code, trademarks, and content remains owned by K. Games LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized automation; reverse engineer or modify client software except as law permits; harass other players; impersonate others; scrape or overload our systems; sell accounts or in-game items for real money outside authorized flows; or violate applicable law.

Gundi Okey offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases and ad-removal packages via Stripe and mobile app stores. Purchases are cosmetic only — no pay-to-win items, ever.

Prices include applicable taxes where required. Virtual items, including ZER and other in-game currency, have no real-world cash value and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow. ZER cannot be exchanged for real money.

7.1 Zero Tolerance Policy Gundi includes voice chat, text chat, and profile information (user-generated content) between players. The following conduct and content are strictly prohibited and handled with zero tolerance: • Harassment, threats, humiliation, or bullying • Hate speech (based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) • Sexual content or conduct targeting minors • Calls for violence or content promoting violence • Illegal activity, fraud, or impersonation • Spam, advertising, or redirecting users off-platform • Cheating, bot use, or conduct that undermines game integrity

7.2 Reporting Mechanism Users can report directly in the app: • A table session via the "Report" button (session evidence is attached automatically) • A user in private messaging (flag icon in the chat header) • A message in public chat areas Reports are delivered to our team in real time and reviewed. Gundi commits to taking action on reported content or users within 24 hours.

7.3 Blocking Users may block another user with one tap from the profile screen or private messaging. After blocking: • Parties cannot send messages to each other • They cannot hear each other's voice or see each other's chat messages at the same table • Existing friendships and pending requests are automatically removed Blocking persists until the user removes it in settings.

7.4 Team Intervention and Account Sanctions If our team finds a violation after reviewing reported content or conduct, we may apply one or more of the following: • Warning • Temporary access restriction (login blocked for a specified period) • Permanent account suspension • Removal of the relevant content These decisions are at Gundi's discretion and do not create a right to appeal without cause; however, users may submit an appeal via support.

7.5 Disclaimer User-generated content reflects the views of the relevant user only. Gundi is not responsible for such content but provides active moderation through the mechanisms described above.

Gundi Okey includes advertising (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Playwire, Adinplay). Ads are designed not to use predatory or deceptive patterns. Ad volume and placement may change with updates.

If you submit chat, usernames, or other content, you grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and moderate it to operate the Services. You must not submit illegal, hateful, or infringing content.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K. Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends; certain provisions survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith resolution by contacting info@kgames.io. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under applicable arbitration rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized access.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
