K. Games LLC ("K. Games," "we," "us," or "our") operates kgames.io and our portfolio of games and services, including Gundi Okey (gundi.games), Conquiz (conquiz.gg), and MoneyTopia (moneytopia.gg). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, create a K. Games account, or play our games.

This policy applies to all K. Games LLC products unless a specific product provides a separate notice. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. Gundi Okey is an adult-oriented social game (101 Okey) targeting players aged 25–45. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (COPPA).

Date of birth is collected during registration. Account creation is technically blocked for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 may not register or use our services.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Third-party integrations such as AdMob, AppLovin, and Firebase are configured and managed within this scope. If data from a user under 13 is detected, it is deleted promptly and relevant integrations are disabled for that account.

Under the FTC's updated COPPA rule (compliance date April 22, 2026), personal information includes biometric identifiers and government ID numbers where applicable. Third-party SDKs and integrations that may process user data are subject to the same age restrictions and data-minimization standards.

If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, contact privacy@kgames.io and we will delete it promptly.

Account & identity: email address, password (hashed), display name, date of birth, profile preferences, and linked social login identifiers (Google, Facebook). Guest sessions may use temporary identifiers.

Gameplay & technical: game progress, match history, in-game actions, device type, operating system, browser, IP address, language, crash logs, and performance data.

Payments: transaction IDs, purchase history, and billing metadata processed by Stripe or app stores. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Communications: messages you send to support or press channels.

Cookies & similar tech: see our Cookie Policy. We use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).

We operate a single sign-on (SSO) system. One K. Games account works across all current and future K. Games titles. Register once with email/password, Google, Facebook, or as a guest (where supported). Linking social accounts is optional.

We use personal information to: provide and operate games; authenticate accounts; enable multiplayer features; process cosmetic purchases; show non-predatory advertising in Gundi Okey; improve stability and balance; prevent fraud and cheating; comply with law; and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use data for pay-to-win mechanics.

Gundi Okey displays advertising through:

• Mobile: Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX (mediation layer)

• Browser: Playwire and/or Adinplay

These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data subject to their own policies. Ad personalization may occur where permitted by law and your consent settings.

We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage, retention, and technical performance. Firebase is integrated via our mobile stack (Capacitor).

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, we request consent before non-essential analytics and advertising cookies/identifiers, in line with GDPR and ePrivacy requirements.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the service you requested); legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, product improvement); consent (marketing cookies, personalized ads where required); and legal obligation.

We share data with service providers under contract: Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics, Firebase, AdMob, Sign-In), Meta/Facebook (Login, ads where applicable), AppLovin, Playwire, Adinplay, Cloudflare (Turnstile, CDN/security), hosting and infrastructure providers, and email/support tools.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with notice where required.

K. Games LLC is based in the United States. Your data may be processed in the US and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account data is retained while your account is active.

After account deletion, personal data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days, except where law requires retention.

Financial and transaction records are retained for 7 years where required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.

Server and security logs are retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an active investigation.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form according to provider settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights including knowing, deleting, and opting out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal information).

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to privacy@kgames.io.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on kgames.io with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
