Refund Policy

These policies apply to all K. Games LLC websites, games, and services unless a specific game states otherwise.

1. Overview

K. Games LLC aims to be fair and transparent about purchases across kgames.io and our games. This policy applies to cosmetic in-app purchases in Gundi Okey, unless platform-specific rules apply.

2. Cosmetic Purchases (Gundi Okey)

All paid items are cosmetic or convenience-only (e.g., ad-free experience). No purchase provides gameplay advantage over other players.

Mobile (App Store / Google Play): refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Request refunds through your store account.

Web / Stripe: if you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, contact hello@kgames.io within 14 days of purchase with your account email and transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Used or consumed virtual items (e.g., opened cosmetic bundles) may not be eligible for refund except where law requires.

3. EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal

European Union and EEA consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases where applicable law provides this protection.

If digital content has not yet been accessed or used, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@kgames.io.

Once digital content has been delivered, accessed, or consumed (e.g., used virtual items or activated cosmetics), the right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.

4. Unauthorized Charges

If you suspect fraud, contact hello@kgames.io immediately and notify your payment provider or app store.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
