K. Games LLC builds entertainment for adults. We reject pay-to-win design, predatory monetization, and manipulative advertising. This policy describes how we support healthy play across Gundi Okey, Conquiz, MoneyTopia, and future titles.

Services are 18+ only. Gundi Okey is a social 101 Okey game for adult audiences (target 25–45). Registration requires date of birth; users under 13 are blocked (COPPA). Users 13–17 may not register.

No pay-to-win: purchases never grant competitive advantage.

Cosmetic-only IAP in Gundi Okey. ZER and other virtual currencies cannot be exchanged for real money.

Commercial intent is separated from core gameplay — you always know when a financial decision is being offered.

Loot boxes with real-money random gameplay advantages are not used.

Ads must not use dark patterns, fake close buttons, or deceptive urgency. We do not target minors with advertising. AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Playwire, and Adinplay partners must comply with our age and content standards.

Games are for entertainment. Take breaks. If play stops being fun, step away.

Gundi Okey involves social card play — not real-money gambling. ZER and virtual chips cannot be cashed out for real currency.
